Kyle-Fowler wedding
Cara Lorraine Kyle and Erik Kevin Fowler were united in marriage March 19th, 2011 at 5:30 pm outdoors at Arbor Point Event Center in Round Rock, Texas. Grandfather of the bride, Rev. A. D. Kyle, Jr. of Sherman, Texas, officiated. The bride’s aunt, Beth Huckabee sang accompanied by guitarist Marcus Marroquin.
Following the ceremony, a reception was hosted at the Arbor Point indoor facilities by the bride’s parents where family and friends enjoyed dinner and dancing. On the eve of the wedding, the groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at The Oasis on Lake Travis.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Keith D. Kyle of Greenwood, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Rev. and Mrs. A. D. Kyle, Jr. of Sherman, Texas and Mrs. Lorraine Snyder and the late Bob Snyder of Lago Vista, Texas.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Rick Fowler of San Angelo, Texas. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fowler of San Angelo, Texas and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hasty of San Angelo, Texas.
The Maid of Honor was the bride’s best friend, the late Jenifer Sledge of New Braunsfels, Texas. Serving as maids of honor were the bride’s sisters, Adrian Kyle of Austin and Hilary Kyle of San Marcus.
Bridesmaids were Sarah Kuykendall, Julie New, and Erika Jones. Trey Nichols of Round Rock, Texas served as best man and groomsmen were Kevin Fluke, Bryan King, Jon Henson, and Beau Aldridge.
Flower girls were Mary Beth Huckabee, niece of the bride, and Destiny Goodwin. Ushers for the occasion were Brandon Smith, cousin of the bride, and Joey Jones.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Midland Greenwood High School and a 2005 graduate of Hardin Simmons University with a BS in psychology. Cara is employed by High Sky Children’s Ranch in San Angelo. The groom is a
2001 graduate of San Angelo Lake View High School and a 2006 graduate of Hardin Simmons University with a BS in sports fitness. He is the owner of Fitness 1031 in San Angelo.
