Sept. 16

Theft on the 6100 block of Eagle Lake Drive. Report of two gas cans stolen from boat dock at residence. Theft on the 8100 block of Wedgewood Lane. Report of approximately $190 worth of items shoplifted from Cub Foods . Theft on the 8800 block of Comstock Lane. Report of outgoing mail stolen from mailbox. Theft and damage to property on the 7800 block of Jefferson Highway. Report of approximately 465 feet of electrical cable cut from gravel conveyors and stolen.

Sept. 17

Burglary on the 12400 block of Elm Creek Boulevard. Report of restaurant broken into and an attempt made to steal the cash drawers from the register. Theft on the 12900 block of Weaver Lake Road. Report of unlocked bike stolen from bike rack at the Maple Grove Community Center . Theft on the 9500 block of 99th Place. Report of pool cover stolen from residence. Damage to property on the 16900 block of Elm Road. Report of two mailboxes damaged. Damage to property on the County Road 30 and Upland Lane. Report of graffiti spray painted on road signs, semaphores and electrical transfer boxes. Damage to property on the 16300 block of County Road 30. Report of graffiti spray painted on business and surrounding structures. Damage to property on the 16800 block of Elm Road. Report of mailbox knocked off wooden post.

Sept. 18

Theft on the 11700 block of Fountains Way. Report of wallet stolen from table in Dave & Buster’s . Burglary on the 12200 block of 92nd Avenue. Report of items stolen from residence. Theft from auto on the 9800 block of Fernbrook Lane. Report of purse stolen from vehicle in parking lot. Theft on the 13400 block of Grove Drive.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

A vandal keyed a car sometime between Sept. 4 and Sept. 5, in the 100 block of Grant Street.

A vandal knocked a mailbox off its box at sometime before 6:30 p.m. Sept. 5 in the 1700 block of Cloverdale Avenue.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

A 23-year-old Waukegan man, of the 100 Block of South Lewis Avenue, was charged with driving with a suspended license after being stopped by police at about 7:20 p.m. Sept. 5 in the 100 block of the Edens Expressway.

A 24-year-old Waukegan man, of the 100 Block of North Genesee Street, was charged with a suspended license, speeding and unlawful use of a driver’s license after being stopped by police at about 12:10 a.m. Sept. 6 in the 1800 block of Skokie Valley Road.
