The Musical Tramps, Part I
When the music Tramps, William and Harry K. Haenni Barth, derived in Biloxi in early 1917, their only luggage was their bag and violins.
In an interview for a newspaper, they said they had walked 2,400 miles, Michigan in Biloxi.
Haenni said their march was a "study of human nature." They financed their trip fun along the way. Throughout March, the accomplished musicians captivated the audience with their performance Biloxi violin, voice and piano.
