Six is the number of man. God created man on the sixth day, so my name represents the moral axis that makes man turn. It also represents the six basic reasons why man does the things he do, which is: money, power, respect, fame, fear and love. All of them are equally important in life because you need to take the positive with the negative. My music represents the moral fiber of mankind.
AllHipHop.com: How would you say your music reflects the idea of being the âmoral fiber of mankind?â
Six Reasons: I just write about life and things that happen as youâre going through life. As people, we all have one thing in common and thatâs emotions. I have people overseas writing me and telling me how they love and really feel my music even though we donât speak the same languages or have the exact same backgrounds. This means that Iâm approaching things in a universal way. Itâs not about a metaphor, analogy or simile, but about emotion. Itâs something everybody feels within them and music is at the core of it all. Where most artists look for any opportunity to deliver a hot punch line, I look for the opportunity to tell the truth. Donât judge my music until youâve really listened to the lyrics because you will get something out of itâ¦trust.
