Thank you Kowalski. I appreciate it. I do, however, want to leave the names on the front page a while longer. I think you understand the point and I'm pleased by the reaction it has gotten.

I am outraged that Congress would want to pay reparations to Guam after sacrificing so many lives to free them. Is not freedom more valuable?

Has anyone read the legislation on this thing. It seems the basis of this is that perhaps war claims that the US paid out for those that were in similar circumstances were not equitable as to Guam. In fact this might just correct a mistake that was done in the past. I understand about honoring the men that dies to liberate that Island. Let us also remember we had control of that Iland from 1898. We had to evaculate it at the beginning of WWII. Again the sacrafice that Americans gave were great and should be honored. But we do need to remember that the Guam National Guard at this moment is in the Horm of Afriaca. A place that we should be paying attention too. They need to be honored also by us at least seeing what is behind it.

It appears to me that this was a reparationact that was in 45. That perhaps some survivors and familes need not get the same treatment as others. Again I am not sure of the facts on all of this and iwoulkd be interested to know them.
